Why would a new company make their own fork?

Simple. We didn’t want to compromise. Sub $2,000 dirt jumpers usually either have a low-end OE, name brand fork that’s soft and springy or they have a nice fork and a bunch of really low-end parts. We wanted great parts and a great fork. Fortunately we have an award winning designer with years of DJ experience.

Burly 36mm Platform

We started with a strong, durable long-travel enduro fork and modified the internals to reduce the travel – magnesium lowers and 7050 crown.

Fully Adjustable Air System

we used a high-pressure air/reverse spring system on one side and a fully adjustable rebound & compression dampener cartridge.

Custom tuned in the USA

When we recieve the forks, we open them up and add a custom carbon-composite volume spacer and travel reducer to get the perfect DJ feel.

Yes, it's Fully Serviceable

DJ riding is abusive and the forks need to be re-buildable. Know what you’re doing? Call us. Otherwise send it in and we’ll get you back on the bike.

This lightweightair fork is perfect for lighter riders. Very progressive, playful, yet stiff and durable enough for dirt jumping. Adjustable compression and rebound damenping.

This fully adjustable, 36mm stanchion 90mm fork is ready large riders and big hits. It’s modified with a custom made volume spacer and travel reducer to give it the perfect, stiff/progressive feel.

Both ARQ forks are fully serviceable and easy to maintain. You can adjust the compression, rebound, and air pressure to achieve the perfect stiff DJ feel.

1. Let’s start at the top with the tapered 7075 forged and machined steer tube. It’s the beef!

2. Now we move to the forged 7050 crown. It was designed for long travel enduro. It’s overbuilt and confidence inspiring.

3. The burly 36mm aluminum stanchions are precision machined finished with a low-friction finish.

4. The lowers are magnesium and built for big hits. They compliment the forged crown to provide a stiff, no-flex feel.

5. The right leg has a high-pressure air chamber and a compressed reverse spring stack that includes a 50mm stiff spring and a 100mm medium spring. The two springs work together to create progression. We modifiy the stack in the USA with a carbon composite volume spacer and 20mm reducer.

6. The left leg has a large dampening cartridge with adjustable compression on the top and a rebound adjuster on the bottom so you can dial in the feel.

7. The fork has a stout, CNC’d 7075 aluminum thru-axles (Boost 15x110mm).

AIR: Start by checking your air. Open the cap on the ride side leg to access the valve stem. With a high pressure shock pump, pump up the shock to your desired feel. Smaller riders may prefer 135-145psi, but if your larger or just like a super-stiff set up, you’re want to ramp up to 160-170psi.

COMPRESSION: Now move to the right side leg. Using the compression adjuster on the top of the leg, dial in your preferred compression. We recommend turning it all the way up (clockwise) and backing off 2-4 clicks. Never leave it all the way up. This will lock out the fork and then it can break if you take a really hard hit.

REBOUND: The rebound know is on the bottom of the right leg. Turn the rebound all the way down (counter-clockwise) and then back off 2-5 clicks. Too much rebound will cause the fork to pogo. You don’t want your fork to bounce. Now you should be ready to shred!

The PUMP100 is a 100mm travel fork designed for pump track, BMX style riding. It has plenty of strength with it’s solid, forged crown, 32mm stanchions, and 15x100mm thru-axle. Stiffen it up with air and then dial in the feel with the adjustable compression and rebound. At just over 4lbs, it’s fast, light, and ready to rip.
